Corporate Events in Abu Dhabi

A corporate offsite fails at the seams, not in the room. The point where the coach arrives late, or the AV supplier and the catering supplier have not spoken to each other, is where the day comes apart. We run offsites as a single programme with one point of contact, from the first planning call to the post-event report.

That matters most on multi-day work, where a delegation is moving between a city hotel, a conference venue and our camp on a schedule that has almost no slack. We build the transport plan first and design the rest of the day around it, not the other way round.

Events at our own Al Khatim camp run under our standing operating licence, which removes most of the delay clients expect. Off-site work at a hotel, ADNEC or a private venue needs its own approvals: structural sign-off for temporary staging, civil defence fire routes, traffic notifications for coach convoys, and insurance naming the crew on site.

We file these ourselves rather than passing the client a checklist. A large off-site conference evening needs eight to twelve weeks of lead time for this reason; work at our own camp can move considerably faster.

A representative brief: 180 delegates from a global group, three days of meetings at a Corniche hotel, with day two closing into an evening programme at our camp. Coaches load at 17:30 from two hotels on staggered departures, arrive at 18:15 for a majlis welcome, seated dinner at 19:45, an awards segment with branded staging at 21:00, and departure by 22:30.

Behind that four-hour programme sits a two-day build: generators with backup power, cable runs, a temporary kitchen with cold chain, accessible washroom units and a paramedic on standby. Delegates see four hours. We plan and staff for the two days either side of it.
